Civil Laws In Pakistan

Civil court cases in Pakistan can arise from various situations. Such as evictions, unpaid loans, and breach of contract. Although often decided by a judge or jury, civil cases generally do not result in criminal charges or penalties. Instead, monetary amounts are awarded based on the strictness of the case. During the course of a civil case, both parties present evidence to justify their actions. A decision is made based on that evidence.  When two or more parties become embroiled in a legal dispute. They seeking money or another specific performance rather than criminal sanctions. They must head to the courtroom for trial so a judge or jury can decide the matter.

A lawyer who specializes in civil litigation is a “litigator” or a “trial lawyer.” He represents the client, across the spectrum of associated proceedings.
